Cancellation Policy

48 hours notice must be given when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment

48-24 notice will result in a charge amounting to 50% of the booking total

Less than 24 hours notice or no shows will result in a 100% charge of the booking total

Late notice charges must be paid before any new appointments can be made

Arriving late may be treated as a late notice cancellation. (Some services may still be offered, entirely at my discretion, depending on the time available etc. But regardless of any treatments that are/are not given, the full booking cost will still be charged)

These charges also apply to bookings made using gift vouchers (the amounts will be deducted from the vouchers value)
